WHEN:	Aerial treatment of the entire area shown on the map below took place on two consecutive nights beginning August 23rd, 2011. Aerial treatment for Tuesday, August 23rd began at 8:00pm and completed at 10:17pm. Aerial treatment for Wednesday, August 24th began at 8:02pm and completed at 9:21pm.
