Did You Know?
Most mosquitoes do not fly very far from their larval habitat, but the salt marsh mosquito migrates 75 to 100 miles over the course of its life.

The District is governed by a thirteen member Board of Trustees appointed by each county and incorporated cities in its jurisdiction. The board meets on the third Tuesday of the month, at 1:15pm in the Board room at the District office at 8631 Bond Road in Elk Grove.
